White Hat Industrial: What We Do

Published by Eileen Porzuczek on September 26, 2022

Fluid-applied roofing systems have emerged as the fastest-growing segment in the commercial roofing industry. Modern technologies, paired with predictable and consistent delivery, unlock new options. New options allowing building owners and management companies to keep their assets performing while lowering operating costs. This knowledge, along with a deeper drive around restoration in three key areas, led our founder Joel Bell to start White Hat Industrial. The company has created a unique way of doing business that allows us to impact lives, restore roofs and create a positive shift for the environment.

Our Team

Our team is trained to ensure our systems exceed performance specifications and you have a consistent experience across projects. Fluid-applied roofing is our core focus. This has been at the center of everything we do since Day 1. Our team is passionate about serving our customers and providing the best system recommendations, even if it means it’s not us.

Our Expertise

Our unique combination of experience in fluid-applied roofing, property management, and specialized coatings gives us a unique vantage point to help you assess the needs of your roof and make recommendations for the systems we know perform best to address your unique needs. We seek to communicate transparently and help you make a roof decision around functionality, sustainability, and economics.

Part of our expertise is knowing that one size doesn’t fit all when it comes to fluid-applied roofing. Some systems work better than others, depending on the existing roof materials, performance needs of the roof, and environmental conditions. This is why we have dozens of White Hat roofing systems to consider because we always want to provide you with a solution that best fits your building and business strategy.

Although we’re experts in our field, we’re humble enough to know we’re not experts in yours, and fitting the needs of your business is the priority. In our pre-production phase, we ask questions and collaborate with you, to help us logistically plan for the implementation of our fluid-applied roofing systems. This allows us to mitigate any disruptions throughout the completion of your project. We take this seriously because we know just how important your team and the health of your business are to you.

Our Pursuit to Restore Roofs, Lives, and the World

Every year, our team makes it a priority to not only restore roofs but to restore lives within our close circles and around the world. Part of that larger reach includes a partnership with Homes of Hope. Throughout our work with them, we’ve been able to build homes for families in need around the world. The special part of these trips is that the customers we’ve done business with that year are invited to join us and work side by side with us to help restore lives and the world.
