“I had never really considered restoring our roofs and using fluid-applied systems before working with White Hat Industrial. In fact, most of our buildings were 30 to 40 years old and still had their original surface. Our main focus when updating these roofs was finding a solution that would be long-lasting and modern. There was no question that White Hat Industrial was able to offer something different and more than other restoration companies.”

One of the roofs they restored for us in Bennettsville, SC had cars in the dealership lot. So, their team brought covers and made sure that all the cars in the area were covered and protected throughout the duration of the project. Then, with another one of our roofs in Dayton, OH, the original roof surface was rubber with gravel rocks. So, White Hat Industrial took the time to vacuum and remove all the rocks before restoring the surface. This meant we didn’t have to do it.”

“Yes, not only because of the quality of work but also the cost that allows you to get more out of restoration than you would with other partners. For one of our roofs in Bennettsville, SC, leaks were a major issue. Luckily, White Hat Industrial restored this roof and there were no more issues with leaks. In fact, when extreme stormy weather hit in the aftermath of Hurricane Ian, the roof held up perfectly. Our dealership’s building experience no leakage, even though signage was torn away and overhangs fell.

If you’re hesitant about restoration, do your own research and ask questions.
