Restoring a Retail Center With Three Roofs

Our team helped a real estate investment company restore one of their retail center properties in Ohio with a new fluid-applied roofing system. This included evaluating each roof’s current condition, installing the new solution, and using our proprietary processes.

The main purpose of this project was for the customer to bring all three roofs back to performance with an industry expert.

Conditions & Challenges

This project had three roofs on site that needed to be restored. With this multiple roofs needing attention it was critical not only to plan the phases of installation closely with the customer, but to ensure the unique needs of each surface were met.

Additionally, the customer was in need of some new gutters on one of the buildings. Since we were already going to be on site, this was something we completed for them to allow for a more seamless process for their tenants.

Process & System Information

To provide predictable and consistent results, our team used its systematic communication with the customer to ensure they had all information necessary and our proprietary installation processes to provide the best outcome.

Ultimately, our team restored the existing roof with a new fluid-applied roofing system. This also resulted in the customer gaining a manufacturer-backed Labor, Material, and Workmanship Warranty.

Timeline

The roofing system installation was complete, on time, as planned. However, the gutters took longer to arrive. So, our team worked with the customer to ensure install was prompt upon arrival.

Outcome & Benefits

This project restored the existing roofs of a retail center in Ohio. The new restorative system provided the customer with a manufacturer-backed Labor, Material, and Workmanship Warranty. Upon final walk-through, the customer was happy with the final outcome.
